Austin Women's Symphony League Annual Fashion Show and Luncheon
The Fall Fashion season is upon us and that also means the fall gala season is ramping up. The annual Women’s Symphony League Fashion Show was held at the Palmer Events Center last Friday, and honored the amazing and talented Austin women who have given their time and philanthropy to grow and support the Austin Symphony and the Arts.
The honorees included:
Jane Dunn Sibley, Eva Gayle Maxey Gibbs, Patricia Kirkwood Harris, Betty Dunlavey King, Teresa Lozano Long, Mary Simpson Padgett, Sonia Wolf Wilson and Nancy Stephenson Young.
The Women’s Symphony League, formed in 1953 is a volunteer service and provides financial support to the Austin Symphony Orchestra and its children’s education programs. The Women’s Symphony is also the single largest financial support of the Austin Symphony.
There are several events prior to the Jewel Ball and includes a tea where the 2012 Royal Court was announced.

This year the luncheon includes a fantastic fashion show with clothing provided by The Garden Room and production/models by Sue Webber Productions. (both recent Austin Fashion Week Golden Boot Trailblazer winners)
The show included several themed sets featuring fashions for young tastes to mother of the bride. The finale dress was a fantastic strapless ball gown with the skirt completed covered in roseettes. Stunning! Enjoy some the fantastic fashion show looks for Fall 2012.
